Shipping Information

To the best of our ability, orders received by 2.30pm, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day for express delivery option and no later than the following day for standard delivery.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Option one – Parcel Post + Signature 2 – 5 Business Days
Shipping calculated by weight and location. All products over the weight of 22Kg will require a shipping quote or by collection.

E-Parcel will deliver your parcel within 2 - 5 business days. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email from E-Parcel with a link and your tracking number. For any delivery enquiries please use this link or contact E-Parcel directly. If your package has not arrived within 8 business days from shipment, call your local Post Office just to make sure it's not waiting there for collection. If the parcel is not at the Post Office, call our Customer Service Team on 0421946570 or email sales@ozlineshop.com and we'll chase it up with Australia Post for you.

Option two – Express Post + Signature 1 – 2 Business Days

Express Post is a premium delivery service that offers guaranteed next business day delivery of your parcel within the Express Post network. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email from E-Parcel with a link and your tracking number. For any delivery enquiries please use this link or contact E-Parcel directly. If your package has not arrived within 5 business days from shipment, call your local Post Office just to make sure it's not waiting there for collection. If the parcel is not at the Post Office, call our Customer Service Team on 0421946570 or email sales@ozlineshop.com and we'll chase it up with Australia Post for you.

PLEASE NOTE: All non standard post items (Too heavy/ too big etc.) will be priced according to the shipping destination, and the required shipping method. As there are substantial variances for such deliveries to different parts of the country, there is no ability to quote shipping up front.

LOCAL COLLECTION: Local collection is possible, during normal working hours, but only on reciept of "notification to collect" as in some cases goods are stored off site or need to extracted from the storage and made available.
