INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 

Option one – International Airmail (No Tracking 5-15 Business Days) 

Shipping will need to be calculated based on the weight and size of the order.

 

It usually takes 5 to 15 business days to ship to most countries. However, sometimes the Customs agency within the destination country may choose to delay individual shipments as a random security/inspection measure. If you have selected free shipping please beware that no tracking will be supplied and any lost items are at the expense of the customer.

 

Option two – Pack & Track (Tracking 3-10 Business Days)

Shipping will need to be calculated based on the weight and size of the order.

 

E-Parcel will deliver your parcel within 3 - 10 business days. However, sometimes the Customs agency within the destination country may choose to delay individual shipments as a random security/inspection measure. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email from E-Parcel with a link and your tracking number. For any delivery enquiries please use this link. If your package has not arrived within 15 business days from shipment, email our Customer Service Team on sales@ozlineshop.com and we'll chase it up with Australia Post for you.

 

Option three – Express Courier (Tracking 2-4 Business Days)

Shipping will need to be calculated based on the weight and size of the order.

 

Express Post is a premium delivery service that offers international express shipping within 2 – 4 business days. However, sometimes the Customs agency within the destination country may choose to delay individual shipments as a random security/inspection measure. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email from E-Parcel with a link and your tracking number. If your package has not arrived within 6 business days from shipment, email our Customer Service Team on sales@ozlineshop.com and we'll chase it up with Australia Post for you.

 

SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

International orders can incur taxes and duties as determined by the Customs agency within the destination country. Although this doesn't always happen, assessment of duties and taxes will be based upon the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold (if applicable) for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of such taxes/duties is the responsibility of the recipient. This will occasionally be listed as an 'Additional Postage Fee', more information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.
